Returns & Exchanges
We do not do refunds but will offer an exchange.
Our policy lasts 3 days after date of delivery. If 3 or more days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase and contact us within 3 days of delivery, I will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value.
Sale Items or items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
Custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues, including losing the items during transit or misdelivery to another address.
