When will my order be processed?

Processing time: we strive for 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. 

When promotions are offered, processing times will be 2 - 3 weeks. We're expecting a high volume of orders between Nov 17- Dec 31st. We're working hard to process your order quickly. Please expect delays from our warehouse and shipping partners.

What carriers do you use?

We currently ship orders with USPS and UPS within the US and DHL for international orders.

What Is Your Return Policy?

DURING SALE PERIODS ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Our policy exchange policy is valid for 5 days after date of delivery. If 5 or more days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Unfortunately, Strawberry Avocados does not allow returns for refunds. We only allow returns for exchanges where applicable. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. You may also use our order tracking page found in the footer, and menu bar of our website. Click here to track your order.

What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?

Strawberry Avocados does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen packages stating delivered by USPS, UPS or any other carrier used. Neither do we take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Strawberry Avocados does not claim responsibility for for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender, for reasons included but not limited to, insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, forwarded mail and or inability to forward package to updated address.

In the rare event a package appears stuck in the postal system, we have to allow 15 business days for resolution, before we can file a claim for the order. If it is not delivered within 15 business days please contact us no later than 30 day from ship date to file a claim. 

If your package is scanned as delivered, and the customer claims it was not received, we advise that you file a report with Postal Inspectors at usps.gov or by calling 877-876-2455. We do not accept responsibility for this loss.
