Welcome to the Strawberry Avocados Shipping Information page! Here’s all you need to know about our shipping options, processing times, and policies.


1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Our shipping rates and estimated delivery times are:

  • US Economy — 6 to 8 business days, $4.95 USD (no signature required)
  • US Standard — 4 to 6 business days, $5.95 USD (no signature required)
  • US Express — 1 to 4 business days, $17.00 USD (no signature required)
  • Canada — 6 to 18 business days, $14.00 USD (no signature required)
  • International — 6 to 24 business days, $20.00 USD (no signature required)

2. Order Processing Timeline

We aim to process orders within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be processed the following business day. 

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information.

Note: During promotional periods, processing times may extend to 2–3 weeks, particularly from November 17th to December 31st. Upgraded shipping options selected at checkout do not expedite processing times but reflect guaranteed delivery times from the carrier.


3. Carriers and Shipping Partners

Our preferred carriers are:

  • US: USPS, UPS
  • International: DHL

Please Note: After packages are handed over to carriers, shipping times are beyond our control. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance (on international orders)and carrier delays. For any delays, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We can not be held liable for carrier guarantees. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. You may choose to file a claim directly with them.  


4. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location (refer to the rates above for more details). 


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Strawberry Avocados does not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with household members.
  2. Contact your local Post Office and inquire with tracking number.
  3. File a report with Postal Inspectors at USPS at usps.gov or call 877-876-2455.

If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with Route to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Note: We also do not take responsibility for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery locations, or other similar reasons.


7. Additional Shipping Information

  • Upgraded Shipping Options: Selecting an upgraded shipping option at checkout ensures the carrier's guaranteed delivery time but does not expedite processing at our facility.
  • To avoid any potential issues with delivery, please take a moment to double check and provide accurate shipping address during checkout.
  • It's important to note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for helping us deliver your orders promptly and accurately.
