Adjustments, Exchanges and Returns

Price Adjustments

We do not provide price adjustments on orders where the customer did not input the required promo code necessary to gain the discount prior to checkout.  

Refunds

Strawberry Avocados does not allow returns for refunds. We only allow returns for exchanges where applicable. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 5 days after date of delivery. If 5 or more days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

If an item has been adjusted (links removed), we are not responsible for any malfunction after personal sizing adjustments and an exchange or replacement is not allowed.

Full Priced Items (No Discount Code Applied)

Items purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange and must be returned within 14 days of shipment being delivered. When returning items, please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. All items must be in their original form and packaging. The items must be unworn, with no stains, or damage. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Items Purchased with a Discount Code

Items purchased with a discount code of 29% of less are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges will be processed at the current price. Write orderhelp@strawberryavocados.com to verify whether your order qualifies. Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original form and packaging. Final Sale Items

Items purchased during store discount sale, 30% or more promo coded,  any buy 1/2/3 get 1 free, clearance items, charms, watch band covers, upsell items or a claim reshipped order are final sale, and are ineligible for return. If a customer attempts to return final sale items it will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Item returned due to insufficient / incorrect address / or any reason its undeliverable by carriers

If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address or is undeliverable for any reason, there is a $5.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from any  refund amount minus the shipping fee.

Shipping costs for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not ship back an item without approval from Strawberry Avocados. Return for exchange approvals will be given via email. We do not accept forced returns. Customers that have allergies to fake metals or any material used in our products, purchase at their own discretion.
