Our exchange policy is valid for 5 days after date of delivery. If 5 or more days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Unfortunately, Strawberry Avocados does not allow returns for refunds. We only allow returns for exchanges where applicable. Any claim reshipped item is not eligible for exchange and is final sale.
