Strawberry Avocados Giveaway Terms and Rules

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Strawberry Avocados, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Strawberry Avocados, ("Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Terms and Rules: By participating, the participant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Strawberry Avocados as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. All online entries must be received by [End Date at 11:59 PM].

5. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by following the steps outlined in the giveaway announcement email and landing page. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.

6. Prize: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Strawberry Avocados. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the selection of the winner. Strawberry Avocados shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) Days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this giveaway, You understand and agree that Strawberry Avocados, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and anyone acting on behalf of Strawberry Avocados, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Strawberry Avocados and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur

   , directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Your State], without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
